Hi, I'm Janice (she/her)
MSW, RSW
I’m a holistic therapist, educator, clinical supervisor, consultant, and business coach. Despite having over a decade of experience under my belt, I remember all too well what it was like starting out in the field and anxiously entering the realm of private practice.
Like many, I took the leap to private practice following the big B (Burnout) from paying my dues, working in the non-profit sector for several years.
Over the last few years, I have successfully scaled a thriving 6-figure private practice (turned group practice), and have helped countless clinicians do the same.
I started from the bottom (now I’m here.. haha kidding).
I didn’t have a second income or any sneaky nest eggs to fall back on or invest in the ways I saw many others around me doing. It was just me and my hyper-focused, neurospicy brain in my little apartment, dreaming the dream and trusting the process, and, with strong determination, hard work, privilege, faith, and my supportive community and loved ones around me, I was able to make that dream a reality.
With the right support, strategy, and guidance, I truly believe you can do this too, and I want to help you!
Staring a private practice is the greatest gift—It allows you the freedom, flexibility, and autonomy to support the sustainability of the work that we do, and, in my experience, actually allows us to feel energized (rather than drained) by our work and in our lives. (A natural consequence of getting to show up authentically, in a way that aligns with our values and ethics!) You are worthy and deserving of taking this step, and your dreams closer to being realized than you think.

1:1 Business Coaching
Individualized business coaching and mentorship for therapists at any stage on their journey, looking to start or grow a private practice.
In this supportive container, we will work closely to co-create your vision, hone your niche, nurture your mindset, refine your marketing strategy, and ensure that you have the knowledge and tools you need to launch or scale a thriving private practice.

Private Practice Launch Program
This program is specifically designed for newer therapists who are at the very beginning stages of launching a private practice.
We cover a range of topics pertinent to launching a private practice, such as: general operations, marketing strategy, financial management, legal considerations, time management, mindset, documentation, client referrals, and more!
